The action in the movie includes a catfight with Tyra Banks at a shoe department store. While in Tennessee Miley renews connections with a childhood friend and her horse, Blue Jeans. Mall developers enter the picture wanting to destroy meadows and build a shopping mall.
Other movie plot twists and turns culminates in a concert titled, You’ll Always Find Your Way Back Home. Miley's decision whether or not to live a double life is made in favor of a double life.
